Shipping and Return Policies

Purchase

We currently ship to the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, ID, IL, LA, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OR, TX, VA, WI, and WY. If you wish to ship to a state not listed here, please contact us at sales@twinpalmsvineyard.com to coordinate your purchase.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing an order, the buyer represents to Twin Palms Vineyard that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. Twin Palms Vineyard makes no representation to the legal rights of any party to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes Twin Palms Vineyard or its agent to act on the buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order. In order to comply with applicable regulations in AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, IL, NC, NJ, NY, VA, and WI, orders to these states will be transferred to a retailer in that state selected by our fulfillment agent.

Delivery

When alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that an appropriate recipient is available at the time and place of delivery. We recommend using a business address to ensure that someone can be there to sign for your delivery.

Shipping

In order to comply with state regulatory requirements, all purchases will be shipped via Federal Express or UPS ground delivery. If weather conditions are not favorable for shipping, we will hold your purchase until conditions improve. While we cannot guarantee that weather will not change, we will make every effort to ensure that your package is not subjected to weather extremes. All orders will be processed within 3 business days. To prevent your package from spending a weekend in an uncontrolled environment, orders will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. If weather conditions are not favorable for shipping, we will hold your purchase until conditions improve. While we cannot guarantee that weather will not change, we will make every effort to ensure that your package is not subjected to weather extremes. Undeliverable Packages

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, and the package is returned to Twin Palms Vineyard, you will be credited for the cost of the wine, but not for shipping and packaging costs. Contact us if you wish to have the package re-delivered. Please be sure the address is complete and correct. We cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery, you will be credited the cost of the wine, but not for shipping and packaging costs, including any return shipping charges.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that has been visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to arrange for an exchange or refund. We will arrange to have the damaged package picked up, when possible. Please keep all evidence of the damage (in original packaging) to enable us to process a claim with the delivery company.

Defective Product

We take pride in our winemaking techniques, and want to provide you with the highest quality wine possible. If, however, you feel there is a defect in your purchased wine, contact us before taking any action. Keep the bottle and unused contents; we may arrange to have the package picked up for return. We may offer a replacement bottle, if available, or credit you the cost of the wine.
